Maksimovich & Associates, P.C. is a boutique law firm, located in the Chicagoland community and providing legal services all across the United States since 1990. Located in Lyons, Illinois, the firm was founded by Attorney Michael Maksimovich.
Since its grand opening, over thirty years ago, Maksimovich & Associates has obtained favorable results for thousands of satsified clients.
History
1990: A graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Michael Maksimovich opened Maksimovich & Associates, P.C. law firm in his hometown of Lyons, Illinois.
2011: Attorney Michael Maksimovich aided in the successful affirmation of People of the State of Illinois v. Kladis before the Illinois Supreme Court. Kladis set an important Illinois precedent concerning the rights of the accused when stopped by law enforcement.
2015: Attorney James Joyce joined Maksimovich & Associates.
2017: Maksimovich & Associates trademarked the term Agrilaw™ as a way to help clients in agricultural businesses.
2022: Attorney Adam Maksimovich joined Maksimovich & Associates.
